How to get started with Private Therapy
Fill a form on the website or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for Private Therapy. You will then receive an email asking for specific details of the issues for which you are seeking help. Post this have a short call with Avril for her to get a better understanding of your needs.
Schedule a face to face 30 0r 60 min consultation with Avril. Here Avril will prepare a Case File get a deeper understand of your issues and explain how she will customize a Private Therapy package for you. This will include even the various protocols she will be using.
After registration formalities are completed, start your Private Therapy which is a series of 6 sessions with Avril. Sessions can be done over Skype or at Avril’s office at WeWork, Koramangala or at your home (prices will vary based on the option you choose)
Techniques or Protocols followed in Private Therapy
Each person is unique, like a fingerprint or a snowflake. What works for person A does not necessarily have to work for person B.
So, having a background in different therapies helps Avril to customize a special package of 6 sessions for each client. Each package consists of varied therapies like Pranic Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Present Life Regression, Kundalini Kriyas and Pro Active Talk Therapy.
THE POWER OF 6
Healing therapy, like any other form of treatment be it allopathy, homeopathy or naturopathy, needs time to take effect.
When people have been burdened with unwanted emotional energies for months or even years, it takes time for the therapeutic remedies to take effect.
After going through various healing protocols herself and after years of observing her clients, Avril has found that it takes 6 sessions to receive optimum results in 90% of the cases. However, when dealing with severe trauma or major psychological issues, it may take longer.
PROTOCOLS OR TECHNIQUES USED
Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a therapy that uses the Meridian system of the body. The therapist uses a process called “Tapping” to tap out trauma from an acupressure point along with talk therapy. This releases “blockages” in certain Meridians resulting in varying degrees of relief. At times the relief is felt completely and instantly in the first session itself. The EFT process almost always guarantees 100% results.
Using “cleansing and energizing processes” the therapist aligns the patients Chakras to deal with any kind of ailment on the physical, psychological, emotional and mental levels. The Chakras are vortexes of energy corresponding to Meridians as each Meridian has a corresponding Chakra. The therapist then walks the patient through simple daily cleansing and energizing routines that can be done in the comfort of home.
Present life Regression
This process involves putting the client into a deep Alpha state in order to bring the sub conscious mind into focus to heal old traumas going as far back as when the person was still in his/her mother’s womb. The sub conscious mind will actually point the therapist in the direction of the actual or root cause of the trauma.
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of “Awareness”. Kundalini Yoga uses Kundalini Energy or Life force energy to restore balance and harmony to a person’s mind, body and soul. Using ancient Kriya sequences, the therapist taps into the body’s healing power to establish clarity, balance and happiness.
Pro Active Talk Therapy
Talk Therapy involves a trusting relationship between the therapist and the client. There is a rapport that is first built between them. Through conversations, the therapist gets a deeper understanding of the different events in the client’s life. Connections and patterns in the client’s life are pointed out to them. With this deeper awareness of the client, the therapist is able to use other therapies to make each session more effective.
