The gift of TIME.

Hey beautiful person.

I wanna wish you only the best in 2018 in all areas of your life. I want you to align your mIND, BODY AND SOUL/SPIRIT this year so that you can be all that you were meant to be when you took birth on this beautiful planet!!

Today we are going to talk about “Time”. You have heard the word Time and the many explanations there are for it. But today I want to ask you some key questions that you must really ponder if you are to use your time wisely this year to catapult your life in the direction you want.

  1. 1. What does Time really mean to you?
    2. Is it something that drags on? OR
    Is it something you think you don’t have enough of?
    3. Is it expandable to you?
    4. Is It something you are grateful for?
    5. Is it just a waste and you don’t know what to do with it?

I have asked you 5 questions and if you watched my last video,

you will remember that I asked you to take 5 action steps after each video as part of your learning curve, so take 5 minutes to answer these 5 questions as I cannot do that for you. But if you make the effort to answer these 5 questions, I can assure you that it will change your perspective on time and how efficiently you use it.

As for me, here is what I think of time

Time is precious and it is a gift and not to be taken lightly as we only have TODAY and in these 24 hours if you break them up into blocks and minus the hours you sleep, you aren’t left with may productive hours.

I am very grateful for my time each day and sometimes 24 hours are not enough for what I want to do and accomplish.

The 1st thing i do each morning is to put my hand on my heart and my solar plexus and take 5 deep breaths and thank the Universe for this new day and more time to live my best life!!

What about you?

TIP – Break up 24 hours a day into BLOCKS of time and follow a routine everyday and try to stick with it. Take 10 minute breaks every 2-3 hours to refresh your entire being by doing simple stretches or even a 1 or 2 Kundalini Kriyas at your work desk or where ever you are!
